Recording Arts Technology
The Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Recording Arts Technology is a two-year program designed for students to complete and transfer to a four-year institution or to enter the workforce. This degree focuses on computer music applications, audio recording and production, live sound engineering, and music business. The program also delivers general competencies in music theory, ear training, and music history.
Although many of our classes will transfer to most four-year schools, we have a specific transfer agreement to the Recording Arts Program in the Music and Entertainment Industries Studies Department at the University of Colorado Denver.
