In-State Resident's Tuition Stipend
The College Opportunity Fund (COF) provides a tuition stipend for in-state resident students completing undergraduate coursework at a public or participating private college. The amount of the per-credit-hour tuition stipend is set annually by the General Assembly and pays a portion a student's total in-state tuition.
In-state resident students must create a lifetime account and authorize the use of the stipend through CCDConnect. Students who fail to apply for and/or authorize the use of the COF stipend within the time allowed will be responsible for the full cost of their tuition.
