Integrated Nursing Pathway
Community College of Denver (CCD) has partnered with the University of Colorado (CU Denver) to prepare you for a nursing career through the competitive Integrated Nursing Pathways (INP) program. Once accepted into the program, you will complete the final 30 credits of required pathway classes at CCD and earn an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. A minimum 3.0 GPA after taking 10 prerequisite classes is required for admittance into the program and must be maintained throughout. After graduating from CCD and maintained admission standards, you will automatically transition to the CU Denver College of Nursing in Aurora. Upon the successful completion of six more semesters of study, you will earn a Bachelor of Science in nursing.
The annual application deadline is March 31st, once prerequisite coursework is completed or will be completed by the end of the spring semester. A minimum of a 3.0 GPA is required to apply and will need to be maintained while taking the required pathway courses. Entry into the nursing program is a competitive process, and the INP program will accept a limited number of students each year. Once accepted, you will begin the program during the fall semester of the year of application and will complete the final 30 credits of required pathway classes at CCD and earn an A.S. degree.
For further information about this competitive program, please consult with the INP program coordinator at 303.365.8304 or visit CCD.edu/INP.
